Good deals, good products, what’s not to like.

Brought my
Washing machine back mid February, been trying to get replacement ever since, crewe shop where not helpful at tall,went to shop on several occasions to be told that they where looking in to the matter, but this has gone on till now, just got a new one off them a couple of days ago,and a refund of the money I had paid for the machine that wouldn't go.

Bought a HDMI Switch from them 2 months ago (I live in the UK) and a month later it still hadn't arrived. I checked with DPD and it was in Customs, they'd sent it to the wrong country... My address was correct but apparently I'd ordered through the Irish site so they'd sent it to Ireland regardless. After figuring out what's happened they agree to refund it to me after receiving it. A month later I check again because I still don't have a refund, what I do have is a new tracking number from DPD because Curry's had sent it to the wrong country AGAIN after promising a refund. When the item gets back to them for the second time they do refund me but not for postage even though this was their error. At the very least I hope they had to pay a ton on custom fees.

Very happy with Currys service, good website with comparison options, good range of items in store to do a physical side by side comparison of what I was after plus the best price for what I wanted.

Very happy with my LENOVO - IdeaPad Duet 10.1. Purchased to of these and my wife is very happy with her device. Curry's left a 25% discount code on the page which dropped the price down from £299.99 to around £244.00. Great firm and extremely competetive price. Very happy customer :-)

Excellent service great product good value for money

Just purchased and collected a new TV, although initially out of stock, the item was available within 24 hours which was as promised, staff very helpful at all points of sale.Tel

We went from a very good salesperson to horrendous service and follow up. Waited over 2 weeks for the sound bar after multiple promises of calls that never happened. Finally we got the sound bar and still could not use it has we needed to purchase another cable. Not even told about that when we collected the sound bar. Paid over £2300 for TV and sound bar. Never use Curry’s again. Dreadful after care.

Curry's failed to fix my laptop bought in December 2021 but my brilliant brother in law fixed it in a day. Clearly Curry's technicians are useless, untrained and incompetent. Take my advice and NEVER, NEVER buy a laptop from Currys.

Very helpfull sales person and answered all my questions

I purchased a new tv. I was very happy with the support and information given to me by the staff member.

I urgently needed to replace a fridge freezer. Curry’s could deliver the next day. Was kept informed and received text to say that it would be delivered in a 3 hour slot. It was . Great crew, checking things out first cleared everything away and very polite and friendly. Very pleased with fridge/freezer too! Excellent price and service. Would look at their website if needed to replace an appliance as the first “shop” i go to.
